Terms & Conditions

UPFRONT PAYMENT POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred to your future booking if given 48 hours notice.

 

Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in losing your deposit and a new one will be required to rebook.

 

Cancellation within 24 hours / no show, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please park in either the lay-by in the close, at the end of the close on the pavement or opposite on the road.

 

PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ANY DRIVEWAYS

 

When you arrive please message/text me on 07935871709 before coming to the gate, as I may still be busy with a client so I will let you know when to head over. 

POLICIES

A 50% deposits required from ALL clients or the appointment is not secured & will be open to others.

Deposits are non-refundable

Deposits are only transferable if given over 48 hours notice, if you wish to move your appointment within 48 hours of the appt this is treated as a cancellation and you will lose the deposit.

Cancellations / no shows / moving within 24 hours of your appointment results in a loss of deposit and 100% of the appointment fee is charged.

If this fee is not paid, you will not be booked in again.

Please wear no makeup to your appts.

NO PLUS ONES!

APPOINTMENT PREP

I do not infill other lash techs work due to cross contamination and legal purposes.

Please come to your appointment with clean lashes and no makeup.

Do not use any mascara/ strip lashes/ oily products 48 hrs prior to appointment.

 

Do not curl eyelashes prior to appointment.

 

Avoid caffeine day of appointment, wear comfortable clothing and use the toilet before hand.

 

Payment can be made by cash or card at your appointment, contactless payment is available.

INFILL POLICY

Infills are required every 1.5-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking fresh.

 

Anything after 3 weeks (21 days) from your last appointment will need to be a full set.

 

There must be 50% of your extensions remaining to be classed as an infill. Anything less than 50% will be a full set.

 

Please book in advance to avoid disappointment (especially if you require an evening appointment)

CLIENT SATISFACTION

I do not offer refunds. If you have an issue with your lashes please let me know within 48hrs. If this does occur you will be offered a free 30 minute appointment for amendments.

 

Any issues / complaints made after 48hrs will be noted and acknowledged, however any work done on the lashes will be charged

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

There is a NO PLUS ONE policy here at EmilyRoseBeauty.

During school holidays I cannot accommodate children in the studio, there are a few reasons for this :

 

It's time for you to come relax, nap and chat.

 

My insurance doesn't cover anyone who's not having a treatment done.

The products are not child friendly.

My studio has expensive equipment/ furniture which I don't want getting damage.

My concentration is limited to my work and I cannot guarantee the safety of your child at all times.

I am aware childcare can be difficult. I am sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
